# Economic Activity

The world has changed. It is no longer viable to simply “set aside” land in the Amazon in an effort to protect it. People are everywhere. Some will take advantage of the land, while others are without the means to earn a living from the land. This is why economic activity is required. With responsible activities on the land, it can be properly protected and equitable for all. In the following sections are several of the activities that Nemus aims to implement on its land.
