Below is a list of NFT sizes that will be available in the Genesis Drop. Included in this information are the relative size of the land area that each one represents and the unique benefits of that NFT.

The information included within each size below is for estimation purposes only. Details are subject to change as we approach the NFT minting phase of drop one. Join the Nemus Discord channel to be notified when final details become available.

Small

Quantity: 7,787

Parcel Size: .25 Hectares (~.6 acres)	Rewards Pool Allocation: 20%

These parcels are the most abundant size NFT in the ecosystem and are useful for:

• Collecting an array of different features (due to lower cost)

• Easiest entry level to become a Guardian

• Ability to participate in NEA rewards with a modest allocation

• Possibility of minting all rarity tiers

Medium

Quantity: 2,050

Parcel Size: 1 Hectare (~2.5 acres)	Rewards Pool Allocation: 24%
Estimated Cost: ~.24 ETH	% of Drop Area: 25%

These parcels are moderately accessible in both quantity and cost and feature:

• The largest allocation of NEA rewards for their rewards pool

• Higher base reward rate in comparison to small

• Possibility of minting all rarity tiers

Large

Quantity: 410

Parcel Size: 4 Hectares (~10 acres)	Rewards Pool Allocation: 22%
Estimated Cost: ~.96 ETH	% of Drop Area: 20%

These parcels begin to increase scarcity over small and medium counterparts and include:

• The highest NEA reward rates possible for a Diamond tier

• Higher base reward rate in comparison to small and medium

• Possibility of minting all rarity tiers

X-Large

Quantity: 77

Parcel Size: 16 Hectares (~40 acres)	Rewards Pool Allocation: 18%
Estimated Cost: ~3.84 ETH	% of Drop Area: 15%

These parcels have a very limited supply and introduce dynamics that exclude lower rarity features:

• Cannot be minted in the four lowest tiers (Basic T4-T1)

  • This raises the minimum rate at which an XL will receive NEA rewards

  • This guarantees a minimum grade of Silver for each NFT

• Higher minimum NEA reward rate than all smaller sizes

• Ability to add profile name within application (personal, company, DAO, etc.)

XX-Large

Quantity: 11

Parcel Size: 81 Hectares (~200 acres)	Rewards Pool Allocation: 16%
Estimated Cost: ~19.44 ETH	% of Drop Area: 10%

These are the largest parcels that can be purchased and will be available through either a public ticket auction on OpenSea, or through a reservation system. They have several benefits over the smaller parcels such as:

• Comes with only one tier possibility: Diamond

  • Meaning every XXL can receive an even share of its reward pool

  • Guarantees the highest minimum rate of mining for the NEA token

• Very limited quantity available

• Ability to add company/DAO/institution name and image in profile
